* If a word has a star by it, we have learned it already or will be learning it this week...Make flash cards to practice these words daily.

Idea-write on small flash cards, put in a bag, see how many words your child can pull out of bag and read in 1 minute, if they don't know the word put it to the side. At end of minute go over missed words and help learn the word. Put all words back into a bag and mix it up and try to  see how many can read in 1 minute. Do 3-5 times each night if struggling with sightwords.
